HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) — Sealift has successfully completed a private placement of 39,800,000 shares in Sealift to a price of NOK 30 per share to international and domestic institutional investors. There was substantial demand for the private placement. The shares are a combination of a new shares and existing shares in Sealift.
