ViceChairman in Frontline Ltd. Tor Olav Trøim has as of September 19th acquired a forward contract with an obligation to buy 22 000 shares in Frontline. The forward contract becomes effective as of April 16th 2003 at a price of NOK 36,40 per share.
Through the transaction Trøim increases his total holding in Frontline to 136 934 shares.
