Frontline Ltd. – Q2 2004 results

Frontline’s Second Quarter 2004 results will be released on Thursday August 19th, 2004. In connection with this a presentation and a teleconference / webcast will be held as described below:
 
1.       Presentation
A presentation of Frontline’s Second Quarter 2004 results will take place in Oslo at Stranden 21 (DnB NOR building) in the Auditorium on second floor on Thursday August 19th, 2004 at 08:30 A.M. CET (Norwegian time). If you wish to attend please confirm to:

2.       Teleconference and Webcast
A conference call will be held at 04:00 P.M. CET (Norwegian time) on Thursday August 19th, 2004. The presentation will be available to download from the Investor Relations section at www.frontline.bm (go to “Presentations”) from Friday morning.

To listen you may do one of the following:

a.       Webcast
Go to the Investor Relations section at www.frontline.bm and click on the link to “Webcast”. To listen to the conference call from the web, you need to have installed Windows Media Player, and you need to have a sound card on your computer.
