A presentation of Frontline’s First Quarter 2003 results will take place in Oslo at Stranden 21 (DnB building) in the Auditorium on second floor on Thursday May 8, 2003 at 12:00 noon (Norwegian time). If you wish to attend please confirm to:

3. Teleconference and webcast
A conference call will be held at 04:00 P.M. CET (Norwegian time) Thursday May 8, 2003. The presentation will be available to download from the Investor Relations section at www.frontline.bm (go to “Presentations”) from Thursday at 12:00 noon.
