Frontline’s (NYSE:FRO) First Quarter 2002 results will be released on Tuesday May 21, 2002 at 8:00 am. CET (Norwegian time).
2. Presentation
A presentation of Frontline’s First Quarter 2002 results will take place in Oslo at Stranden 21 (DnB building) in the Auditorium on second floor on Tuesday May 21, 2002 at 8:00 a.m. CET (Norwegian time). If you wish to attend please confirm to:

3. Teleconference and webcast
A conference call will be held at 4 p.m. CET (Norwegian time) Tuesday May 21, 2002. The presentation will be available to download from the Investor Relations section at www.frontline.bm (go to “Presentations”) from Tuesday morning.
