On November 15, 2004 Frontline Ltd. announced a cash dividend of $2.50 per share and a dividend of 2 shares in Ship Finance International Limited (SFL), a NYSE listed subsidiary, for every 15 shares held in Frontline. The ex-dividend for the cash payment will be November 23, 2004 and the ex-dividend for the share distribution will be November 29, 2004.
The record date and payment date remain as announced, at November 26 and December 8, 2004, respectively for the cash dividend while the record date and distribution date for the SFL shares remain at December 1 and December 15, 2004 respectively.
