HAMILTON, Bermuda, Sept. 19, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) — Vice-Chairman in Frontline Ltd. (NYSE:FRO), Tor Olav Troeim, has acquired a forward contract with an obligation to buy 30,000 shares in Frontline. The forward contract becomes effective as of April 16, 2003 at a price of NOK 37.70 per share.
Through the transaction, Troeim increases his total holding in Frontline to 114,934 shares.
