FRONTLINE LTD. ANNOUNCES NEW
EXCHANGE FACILITY FOR ITS REMAINING ADR HOLDERS
Hamilton, Bermuda, October 10, 2001. – Frontline Ltd. (NYSE: FRO; LSE : FRO; OSE : FRO) announced today that it has established with Mellon Investor Services, LLC a facility to enable Frontline’s remaining ADR holders to exchange their ADRs for Frontline ordinary shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This exchange facility will be in effect until December 31, 2001. Frontline’s ADRs were delisted from the Nasdaq National Market on August 3, 2001 and the ADR program terminated on October 5, 2001.
